1. Agreement to Terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

SigmaAI is a technology company that creates AI Agents for businesses not only in Brazil but also in the United States and Europe. Our focus is to make companies more efficient with Artificial Intelligence and to facilitate the adoption of these technologies, as we believe that in the future there will be two types of companies: those that use AI and those that are out of the game.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Sigma AI Inc or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business use, as applicable.
4. Your Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the Service.
5. User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or share through the Service ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Subscriptions
Fees: Some features of the Service may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees as communicated to you during the subscription process.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically until you cancel your subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period.
7. Prohibited Activities

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and you must cease all use. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sigma AI Inc harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sigma AI Inc regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
